Checking Your Order on Delivery


When the courier arrives with your order, you may inspect the item at your door before accepting it.


If you decide not to keep the item, you may refuse it and only pay the shipping fees.


Returns & Exchanges After Delivery


If you’ve already accepted your order, you can request a return or exchange within 14 working days.


To qualify, the item must be:


In the same condition as when received.


Unscratched, unused, and undamaged.


Complete with all original packaging.


Return Process


To start a return, you must send us clear product photos via email, WhatsApp, or any of our social media accounts.


Once approved, we will arrange a courier pick-up.


During pick-up, the courier will inspect the item to ensure it hasn’t been used. Only unused items will be accepted.


Refunds


Refunds will exclude the original shipping fees.


.Customers are responsible for paying the return/exchange courier fees during the 14-day return window.


Once the return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.


Non-Returnable Items


Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded.
